Phase One: Lot Selection

Build on YOUR Lot or Build on OUR Lot

If you already own a lot, we offer expert consultation, unparalleled attention to detail, and a laser-focus on safety and stability so that you and your family can be well on your way to living on the land you have chosen. If you are looking for a lot, we have lots available in Veridian Point located in Burleson, Texas. This fully custom, private gated community features 1+ acre lots, easy access to I35W, and no city taxes! Additionally, we have relationships with developers across DFW and can find lots anywhere in the Metroplex. If you don't already have a real estate agent, The Julie Short Team is here to help you find the perfect lot for the home of your dreams.


Your entire home building experience will be tailored to your unique plans and purposes. Together, we will work with an architect to determine the best plans to suit your style and lot while incorporating the custom features you love! Whether choosing independently or working with an interior designer, we will help you carefully craft a beautiful and functional floor plan. From the ground up, MCH is dedicated to building homes, dreams, and relationships.

Phase two: Plans & Design


PHASE THREE: CONTRACT & DEPOSIT

This is the boring part. During this phase, you will meet with the MCH team to go over and sign the building contract. A deposit will be collected at this time.


MCH offers your family an opportunity to work alongside an experienced project manager as we create the custom home of your dreams. Our team is actively involved from conceptual design all the way through final bidding and budgeting. Once initial selections have been made, MCH will send out the plans and specs to our trade vendors to bid your job. These bids are then used to create your construction budget which will be approved by MCH as well as the client! Our team is comprised of true builders who evaluate design constructibility and seek creative ways to improve budgets. With our unique flat fee cost method, we ensure that we are all working together with honesty, giving no incentives to cut corners or drive up the cost unnecessarily.

Phase FOUR: Specifications & Budget


Phase fIVE: financing & PERMITS

Once you’ve found your lot and plans have been finalized, it’s time to secure the financing for your project. MCH has a fantastic group of lenders, ready to work with you. In custom building, the client is responsible for finalizing the financing necessary to build their dream home. Home construction loans function differently than traditional mortgages. Now, the fun begins! It’s time to break ground and begin construction on your future home. Sit back, relax and watch the MCH team expertly manage your project. Your project manager will be there with you every step of the way to ensure our award-winning standard of quality and excellence is upheld while keeping everything on schedule. Once construction is complete a final walk through will be conducted and you can prepare to move into the home of your dreams!
